Introduction Teaching is a process of giving away knowledge, skills, values, and habits to learners. In our everyday experience, teaching as a profession is trying to gain control and relevance among other professions such as medicine and law. For a teacher to teach effectively and proficiently, he or she needs to know deep in the life of students he or she is dealing with. This is very different in other fields of professionalism, for instance, the code of professionalism of physicians allow them to confine themselves to a specific ailment their patient is suffering from. They do not go into detail about the client’s life. In teaching as a professional, reciprocity of effort is seen in teacher-student relation. The effort that is made by the teacher in class should be stipulated by the students in their results. In as much as the knowledge base policy may be the best, it does not clarify on what the teacher ought to teach. That is why standardization is required to achieve the best from both the student and the teachers. When standardizing the expertise in teaching, elaborate testing program is installed.
